I was astonished to find PAFFREL Executive Director Kinsley Rodrigo’s comments Pillaiyan and his terrorist group was not carrying weapons in their election campaign in the current Eastern Provincial Election campaign. We surely have a very blind man here.

I myself have seen Pillayan’s gunmen at Tirukkovil on last Sunday (May 4) while passing the town. It was too risky taking a photograph but I regret not taking that risk because I could have something to show Mr. Kinsley Rodrigo. This is only one example. Pillayan’s gunmen freely roaming around key locations in the Eastern province has been a common sight during the last week.

You can wake somebody who sleeps, they say, but not anybody who pretends sleeping.
